We ship to the United States only.

Perishable products

Because our sea moss-infused wellness beverages are perishable food products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Products must remain refrigerated during transit. We are not responsible for items left unattended or for spoilage caused by an incorrect address.

Returns & exchanges

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.

Damaged, leaking or incorrect orders

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos. We will evaluate qualified claims and issue replacements or refunds within 48 hours of delivery.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once processing begins.
